Planning your visit
Park at Wattamolla picnic area (Sir Bertram Stevens Drive) — carpark fills by mid-morning on summer weekends. ~3 km coastal walk each way.
Autumn and spring for the coastal walk; start before 8 am in summer. Avoid rock platforms at high swell.

Overview
Curracurrang is a rocky cove on the coast south of Wattamolla, reached by a ~3 km walk from the Wattamolla picnic area. Remote, scenic, and completely without facilities.
Waters in the cove are often calmer than open surf beaches, but help is a long way off — treat this as a serious half-day bushwalk, not a casual swim spot.
